The Congregation of the sisters of St. Joseph, founded by Rev. Fr. Jean Pierre Medaille S.J, has over 360 years of existence in the world. We serve the people of God in five continents with a vibrant and ever significant Charism and Spirituality of the congregation. Sisters of St. Joseph of Annecy are one of the forty three Congregations of Sisters of St. Joseph working in fifty five countries. The Maxims of Perfection, The Eucharistic Letter and The Reglements are the most cherishable treasures given to the members by the founder.
The founder wished that the “Little Design” (Congregation) should become the ‘Congregation of the Greatest Love’ through our union with God, humility and charity. ‘Finding God in all things and all things in God is our way of life’.
