“All that I have I surrender to you Lord”

A great day and joyful day for our Bhubaneswar province. Three of our junior sisters Sravanthi, Shanthi Maria and Amala made their final profession on 13th October 2019. Sr. Archna addressed the gathering with the words of welcome to all those who have come for the celebration. The Solemn High Mass was started at 11 am with the entrance procession. Most Rev. Archbishop John Barwa SVD solemnized the celebration along with the   Rev. Prasnna Kumar Pradhan, the Parish priest cum Vicar General of Cuttack- Bhubaneswar Archdiocese and Rev. Richard Vaz, SVD with a galaxy of priests, religious and well-wishers in St. Vincent’s Pro-Cathedral, Bhubaneswar.

“All that I have I surrender to you Lord” with these words of self-surrender the three young sisters approached the altar of God by following the Entrance dance led by our candidates. Sr. Linette, the Provincial Superior,

and Sr. Leena the Provincial Superior elect, Sr. Maria, the Provincial Councilor and Sr. Joseline were present. The Archbishop preached an inspiring homily highlighting the importance of the day in the life of the three sisters and all who are called to a committed life. The sisters pronounced the vows in the presence of the great gathering and the Provincial Superior Sr. Linette accepted them. After the solemn high Mass, the professed sisters were felicitated at St. Joseph’s High School. The day ended with the agape.
